As your booking approaches, Deluxe Apartments - Hyde Park will contact you to confirm the details of your arrival. When you arrive at the property, a representative will be there to give you a tour of the apartment, and walk you through the conditions of stay.

Normal check-in time is from 14:30 until 20:00 and check-out is by 10:30. A fee of GBP 30 is chargeable for arrivals after 20:00 and before 23:00. An early or late check-in can normally be arranged at additional cost and is subject to availability.

No parties are permitted in the property, and it is requested that guests are respectful of the neighbours. No noise is permitted after 22:00.

All apartments are accessible by elevator.

Please note the credit card used to make the booking will be charged a security deposit of GBP 200 to cover accidental damage. Please inform Deluxe Apartments - Hyde Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
